1. Use of Our Services
You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm, hack, or disrupt the app in any way.
2. User Content
You retain all rights to any content (including photos or images) you upload to the app.
By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing app functionalities (e.g., generating AI results, showing history, saving preferences).
3. Image Data & Privacy
Our apps may require processing of personal images, including but not limited to:
- Face photos
- Body images
- Room/interior/exterior images
- Food or ingredient photos (for cooking-related features)
- Uploaded artwork or user-generated content
This data is processed automatically using AI models to generate requested outputs (e.g., avatars, filters, design renders).
If applicable, images may be temporarily stored in secure cloud storage (e.g., Google Cloud) and retained for up to 365 days or until deleted by the user.
If the app does not require cloud storage, your image data will be processed locally and not stored.
We do not share your photos, face data, or AI-generated content with third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload any photo, especially those containing identifiable individuals.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some apps may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your Apple ID account or other applicable payment methods.
You may cancel subscriptions anytime via your app store settings.
Refunds are handled by the app store and are subject to their policies.
5. Account & Data Deletion
If the app supports user accounts, you may request account deletion via in-app settings or by contacting: support@hapiga.com.
Uploaded content (such as images) can also be deleted anytime via in-app controls or by request.
6. Intellectual Property
All app content (excluding user-generated content), including logos, source code, graphics, and UI, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, especially if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
