Privacy Policy – Apps

Hapiga (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store personal information when you use any of our mobile applications listed below.

By using any Hapiga app, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.


  1. Apps Covered by This Policy

This Policy applies to all of the following Hapiga apps. Practices that are common across all apps are described in Sections 2–7. Practices specific to an individual app are described in Section 8.

Primary Input: Photos you upload to convert into coloring pages / sketches
AI Sub-processor: Replicate, Inc. (Google Imagen model)
Cloud Storage: Google Firebase Storage

If you use more than one of these apps, this Policy applies to your use of each of them; the app-specific sections in Section 8 describe what is different.


  1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

  • Account information. When you create an account or use an app anonymously, we generate and store a unique user identifier. If you choose to sign in with a third-party provider (e.g., Apple, Google, Facebook), we receive the information you authorize that provider to share, such as a device-scoped identifier and, if you consent, your email address.
  • Uploaded content. Photos, images, or other content you upload to generate AI results. Details of what is uploaded are in Section 8.
  • Support communications. If you contact us (for example, at support@hapiga.net), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, and the contents of your message.
  • Subscription and purchase information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, the transaction is processed by Apple’s App Store and by RevenueCat on our behalf. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

b. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device information. Device model, operating system and version, device language, time zone, and general crash or performance diagnostics.
  • Usage information. Features used, screens viewed, session length, subscription status, and in-app events used to improve the app.
  • Approximate location. Derived from your IP address (typically at the country or region level). We do not collect precise GPS location unless a specific app requires it and you grant permission.
  • Identifiers for advertising attribution. If you grant App Tracking Transparency consent, we may receive the Apple IDFA and use it for attribution of installs and subscription events. You can decline or revoke this at any time in iOS Settings.

c. Special-Category Data

Some apps process images that may contain your face or other sensitive content. See the per-app sections (Section 8) for details. We do not perform face recognition and do not generate or store biometric templates or embeddings.


  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide the core features of each app (generating AI results, saving your history, letting you re-download your results);
  • Process subscriptions and manage entitlements;
  • Respond to your support requests;
  • Measure and improve app performance, diagnose crashes, and understand which features are used;
  • Attribute marketing campaigns (only where you have granted tracking consent);
  • Send you optional push notifications (only where you have granted notification consent);
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your uploaded images to train general-purpose AI models. Uploaded images are used only to generate the result you requested and, where applicable, to maintain your personal history within the app.


  1. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only in the following cases:

  • With service providers who help us operate the apps. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and may only use your data to provide services to us. See Section 5 for the current list.
  • With AI sub-processors (e.g., Replicate, Inc.) to generate the AI result you request. Your input image is transmitted for processing and may be retained for a short period depending on the provider.
  • To comply with law.
  • In connection with a business transfer.
  • With your consent.

We rely on the following providers:

  • Google Firebase: account, backend, storage, analytics
  • Replicate, Inc.: AI image generation
  • RevenueCat, Inc.: subscription management
  • Adjust GmbH: attribution (with ATT consent)
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: attribution or login
  • Apple, Inc.: payments and Apple login

  1. Data Retention
  • Account data: retained while active and as required by law
  • Uploaded images and AI results: up to 365 days or until deleted
  • Support communications: up to 2 years
  • Analytics: up to 14 months

  1. Security

We use standard safeguards (encryption, access control). No system is fully secure.


  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Continued use means acceptance.
