Face Astro – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App. By using the Service, you confirm that you are not under the age of 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country).

2. Description of the Service

Face Astro uses AI-powered face analysis to offer daily insights and inspiration for personal reflection and lifestyle choices.

All results are general in nature and provided for personal guidance only.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Please do not use the Service as the sole basis for important decisions.

3. User Content

You may upload photos/videos (“User Content”) to receive results.

  • You grant us a limited, revocable license to process your User Content only to provide the Service.
  • We do not use your photos/videos in advertising without consent.
  • Details on storage, retention, and deletion are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed through the App Store/Google Play.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel in your App Store settings at least 24h before the renewal. Deleting the App does not cancel subscriptions.
  • Free Trials: If not canceled before the trial ends, you will be charged.
  • Payments and refunds follow the App Store/Google Play policies.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service. For example, do not:

  • Upload unlawful or harmful content.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the App.
  • Use the App for identity verification or high-risk decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, software, AI models, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You only have a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App for non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
