This app is developed by Hapiga Studio and uses AI to process user-provided face images to deliver personalized suggestions. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following data when you use the App:
- Personal identifiers: email (if provided), device ID, IP address, advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID).
- Usage data: app interactions, screens viewed, error logs, crash data.
- Diagnostic info: from third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Adjust).
- Payment data: subscription or in-app purchase details (processed by App Store/Google Play).
Face Data (Special Category)
We collect and temporarily store face images that you upload in order to generate AI-based insights and personalized suggestions.
- Purpose: Face images are used solely to analyze facial features and provide self-reflection results. They are not used for biometric identification, authentication, or facial recognition.
- Storage: Face images are securely stored in Google Cloud Storage, which acts only as our cloud infrastructure provider. Google Cloud does not access or use this data for its own purposes.
- Retention: Uploaded face images are stored for up to 365 days to allow you ongoing access to your image history and analysis results. After 365 days, they are automatically deleted unless you delete them earlier yourself.
- Sharing: We do not share face data with any third parties beyond cloud hosting providers required for secure storage. Face data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising purposes.
- User Control: You can permanently delete your stored face data at any time via in-app controls or by contacting us at support@hapiga.com.
How We Use Your Data
