- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Services.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to games, software, artwork, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and other content, are owned by Hapiga or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Services.
You may not use any Hapiga trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
Certain Services may offer virtual currencies, virtual items, subscriptions, or other digital content.
All purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their applicable payment terms.
Except where required by applicable law or platform policies, purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
Virtual items:
- Have no real-world monetary value.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Are licensed, not sold.
- May be modified, removed, or discontinued at Hapiga’s discretion.
7. Subscription Services
Some Services may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features, content, or benefits.
By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.
- Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period except where required by applicable law or platform policies.
Hapiga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
8. Service Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, including analytics providers, advertising partners, payment processors, and platform providers.
Hapiga is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAPIGA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAPIGA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HAPIGA’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Termination
Hapiga may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the Services, users, or business operations.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Any updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
