Hapiga (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the InShort mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

Information We Do Not Collect
Payment Information: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 365 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

All Users

• Access and Update: You can access and update your account information within the App.
• Delete Your Account: You can delete your account at any time through the App settings. This will remove your personal data from our systems.
• Push Notifications: You can opt out of push notifications through your device settings.

InShort is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@hapiga.com, and we will delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
