LEAD 2D ARTIST

Salary: Up to 35M/month
Bonuses: Project-based bonuses at different stages, quarterly bonuses based on business performance.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday morning, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM.

Develop art concepts for the project at the beginning.
Evaluate and provide feedback on art products for the artists.
Collaborate with the Dev team, Animators, 3D Artists, and 2D Artists to propose optimal solutions for game implementation.
Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the graphics after the product is completed.
Participate in refining the art alongside the team.

At least 2 years of experience as a Game 2D Artist with strong character design and artistic thinking.
Preferred skills in Cartoon, Chibi, Casual art styles.Leadership experience is a plus.
Strong hand-drawing skills, good aesthetic sense, and excellent color perception.
Proficient in Wacom, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.
Bonus points for experience with Spine, After Effects, Unity, or similar animation software.
Passion for games in general and mobile games in particular.
